Installation
Waratah is qualified to install a variety of products including
desk or wall mounting AV products, and network installations. Our
engineers are able to tailor make an installations package to suit
your individual requirements. Services that can be incorporated
into the package include:
Unpacking
and Assembly. The new products will be unpacked and assembled,
and any waste packing materials will be disposed.
Configuration.
Waratah is able to configure any hardware and/or software products
that we supply.
Asset
Tagging. We are able to asset tag your equipment, which can
be tailored to your own specification.
Asset
Disposal. We are able to organise the disposal of all existing
IT and AV equipment. This includes the un-installation and removal
of the products from your premises at a time and date convenient
for you.
Leasing
Waratah is able to offer a competitive leasing package on all orders
over £500. Leasing is a perfect solution to help you maximise
your budgets and procure all of the products that you require now.
Applications are dealt with quickly and we will normally be able
to give you a decision within half an hour. At the end of the leasing
period you have the option to buy the products you have leased or
you can choose to give them back and upgrade the equipment.
After Sales
Waratah aims not only to supply our customers with the right IT
solutions for their requirements, but strives to offer exceptional
after sales care. Our account managers are at hand to help solve
any problems that may arise with your products after purchase. Problems
they can assist in include:
Warranty
Repairs/Service. Our account managers are able to log and organise
any service or repairs your product may need. In the eventuality
that a monitor can not be repaired in a reasonable time frame, they
will organise a loan unit for you to reduce down time.
Spare
Parts and Accessories. Waratah is able to source and supply
a range of spare parts and accessories for the products we sell.
These include power packs for notebooks and TFT monitors, speakers
for plasma displays, remote controls for LCD televisions and USB
hubs for PC and peripheral interfacing.
Technical
Support. Our account managers are at hand Monday to Friday,
9am – 5pm, to offer free technical support and advice and
all of our products and services.

Mounting Solutions. Waratah supplies a wide range of ergonomic
mounting solutions for plasma screens and TFT monitors. Our qualified
staff are at hand to offer advice and to source the correct solution

Our range of mounting solutions conforms to government and European
health and safety regulations. Certificates of conformity are available
on request.
Personalised
Monitors. Waratah offers you the opportunity to create monitors
that reflect your own corporate or brand image. Using a specialised
dipping process we are able to match colours and incorporate logos
to reflect your own unique brand message.
Touch
Screen Panels. Waratah is able to advise and supply ‘Touch
screen’ integrated solutions for all ranges of visual display
products from LCD screens to interactive plasma displays and whiteboards.
Extended
Warranties. Waratah is able to offer extended warranties on
all of the notebooks PC’s, servers, desktops, and plasma displays
we sell.
