RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you would like to return your product
or experience a problem with your purchase, please read the following
guidelines. If you cannot find an answer to your question or would
like to speak to a member of staff, then please call +44 (0)1628 421522
or e-mail us at info@waratah.co.uk.
Once an order is placed you are able to cancel the order at anytime
prior to shipment without any reason. If you are a consumer, you
may cancel your orders within 7 days of purchase. Depending on the
reason for the cancellation a restocking fee maybe charged. In the
unlikely event you wish to return the goods, you must obtain authorisation
by completing a returns form and returning it to us. Once authorised,
we will arrange to have the goods collected from you. All goods
being returned must be intact, unused and returned in the condition
they were received. A return not arranged by Waratah is wholly
at the risk of the purchaser and Waratah will not incur any costs associated
with this.
Damaged Goods
You are advised to inspect the goods when you receive them for
physical defects and damage. If there are any defects or damage,
Waratah must be notified within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Once authorised, we will arrange to have the goods collected at
no cost to you, and you will be offered a refund or replacement
product, subject to availability.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with your
product within 28 days from date of purchase, please complete a
returns form and return it to us. All returns need to be authorised
by Waratah. Once authorised, we will arrange to have the goods collected
at no cost to you. All items being returned will be checked and
tested before authorising further action. Based on the findings
of these checks you may be offered a refund or replacement product,
subject to availability.

WARRANTY
REPAIRS
If a fault develops after 28 days from the date of purchase,
the product will be covered under the manufacturers warranty. The
warranty cover will depend upon the manufacturer and the type of
product purchased. Please refer to the grid below to find out the

Arranging A Warranty Claim
In the unlikely event you experience a fault with your product,
you will need to log service request directly with the manufacturers.
The information below gives details on how to log a service call
with the manufacturer.
Samsung
To arrange a service you will need to contact Samsung Customer
Services on 0870 242 0303. When logging the service you will require
your:
- Full Samsung model number
- Serial number
- Date and place of purchase
- A brief description of the fault/query
Depending on the fault, Samsung will arrange to have repairs carried
out or will replace the item. If the product is out of the warranty
period, you can contact an authorised Samsung Service Centre to
arrange a chargeable repair.
If you require a manual or software you are able to download these
from the Samsung website at www.samsungelectronics.co.uk.
Acer
If you your product develops a fault or are experiencing technical
difficulties, contact the Acer Technical Help Line on: 0207 365
2486 (UK) or 01 40732 14 (Southern Ireland)
Depending on the fault, Acer will arrange to have repairs carried
out or will replace the item. Acer has advisors at hand who are
able to offer advice with any technical difficulties you experience.
If the product is out of the warranty period call 090 6302 0001,
and a chargeable service will be arranged for you.
BenQ
If your product requires maintenance you will need to log a call
with the manufacturers on 020 7216 0039 quoting the serial number
of the product. A collection will be arranged for those products
covered under the on site warranty. For those products that are
not the service agents will instruct you on how to return the products.
Depending on the fault repair or replacement product will be arranged
for you.
NEC
If your product requires maintenance you will need to log a
call with the manufacturers on 020 8752 3535 or e-mail them on sales@plasmasync.co.uk.
Depending on the fault repair or replacement product will be arranged
for you.
Sharp
All new Sharp monitors have a 3-year on site exchange warranty.
Therefore, if the product fails within the first three years if
its life, it will be swapped for an equivalent product the next
working day. To arrange a warranty replacement you will need to
contact a member of the Sharp help desk on 01923 434 743, and you
will need to quote your serial number. If the product is confirmed
to be faulty the on-site exchange will be arranged for you.
Mounting Solutions
If you experience a problem with your mounting solution, please
complete a returns form and return it to us, or alternatively contact
a member of the team on +44 (0)1628 421522. Once the fault is logged,
we will arrange a service or replacement product with the manufacturers
on your behalf.
EXTENDED
WARRANTIES
We are able to offer extended warranties on selected products.
The information below details the extended warranties available.
Samsung
Notebooks
All Samsung notebooks are supplied with a 1-year manufacturers
warranty. Additional 1 and 2 year warranties are available on all
Samsung notebooks. Fastcover insurance is also available with prices
starting from as little as £55 + Vat, which covers accidental damage
and theft.
Acer
Notebooks
All Acer notebooks are supplied with a 2-year manufacturers
warranty. Additional 1 year warranties are available for all Acer
notebooks from as little as £59 + VAT or £99 +VAT with accidental
damage cover included.
Desktops
All Acer desktops are supplied with either a 1 or 2-year
manufacturers warranty. Extended warranties are available to upgrade
the cover to 3 years from as little as £55 + VAT.
Third Party Extended Warranties
Plasma Screens
Waratah can offer extended plasma warranties and support
services on all makes and models of plasma screens for up to a 3-year
period. A 1 Year on site support service costs as little as £75
+ VAT.
